Nail of the Day | Essie Mesmerize

Essie Mesmerize is a beautiful creamy royal blue, and it's perfect in one coat, but for swatching's sake I did two coats. I love blue nail polishes, and this one is a gorgeous unique colour, so I will wear this a lot.

Mesmerize is from the Spring 2009 collection, and I'm considering to buy one more colour of this collection, that one is called Eternal Optimist.

(Similar: OPI - Dating A Royal, but it's darker than Mesmerize.)

To sum up: Mesmerize is my first Essie nail polish, and I'm really impressed. The colour is gorgeous, opaque in one coat, and it does not chip.

Essence I Love Berlin LE | Review, swatches + FOTD (part I.)

As I said in my previous post, I won a test package from Essence.I was so happy to find out I was one of the lucky winners!I received my goodies a week ago,and in this part, I'll share my thoughts on the liquid eyeliners.

On Friday, I went shopping, and of course, I picked up a lot of goodies.

Nail of the Day | Essence - Louise

Today's NOTD is my favourite pairing at the moment. I used 2 coats of black nail polish and then on top of that, I applied Essence's glitter top coat called Louise. The glitter shows up beautifully on top of the black nail polish. This combo is  longwearing as well, I've had it on my nails for 5 days, and there is no chipping yet.

It deserves more than just one photo.

I bought this beauty in December because I don't have a lot of nude nail polishes. As you can see, it is a warm, creamy toffee colour.

Finally, here are my thoughts on the Essence Metallics Trend Edition.

Metallics was a limited edition between November and December of 2010. As you guessed, this collection is focused on metallic and shiny colours, and has accessories as well.
