Simple Pastel Makeup Look | Essence All About Candies Palette

The star of the show today is the Essence All About Candies palette, as you probably might have guessed by the title. I will try to upload several different looks using these All About Essence palettes before I post the review, so here we go with the first one.

Neutral eyes and nude lips | Astor Soft Sensation Lipsticks + Lovely Cosmetics Nude Palette

Amikor írtam a DM dekor dobozról, kértétek, hogy készítsek sminket a két rúzzsal. A szemsminket a Lovely nude palettájával csináltam, hisz biztosan sokan kíváncsiak vagytok rá "bevetésen".

I recently had the chance to pick up a point perk kinda gift bag at DM (drugstore). It came with two Astor lipsticks and some of you wanted to see the lipsticks in action. I also used the Lovely Cosmetics Nude Make Up Kit on my eyes since it is kind of a new palette.

FOTD Unknown & Bad Skin

Volt már veletek úgy, hogy lefotóztatok egy sminket, majd elfelejtettétek, és hetekkel később megtalálva fogalmatok sincs, hogy mit viseltetek akkor? Velem volt, nem is egyszer, de ez győz. Még csak arra sem emlékszem, hogy csináltam ilyen képeket.

Do you ever just take photos of a FOTD, forget about it, and when you find the pics later, you have no idea what makeup are you wearing exactly? This happened to me way too often, but this look won.

Október közepén készültek a képek, és egyszerűen még csak találgatni sem tudok, hogy mit kentem fel magamra. Ami viszont jól látszik, az a bőröm állapota: borzalmas. Itt még nem érkezett meg az utánpótlás az ACNE.ORG gélemből, és jól látszik, hogy milyen nélküle a bőröm. Apró dudorok mindenhol, durva bőrfelület. Azóta megint sima, mint a babák bőre, hála az égnek.

I took the photos in October, but I cannot even guess what products I am wearing. The reason I decided to post them is mainly because you can see my bad skin conditions without my miracle treatment: clogged pores & rough skin texture. My backup ACNE.ORG treatment arrived at the end of October, so here my skin was still really bad. Now my skin is lovely again, thanks to the treatment gel.

UD Naked 2? Catrice Nude palette? Catrice mono eyeshadows? No idea.

Általában lefotózom, hogy mit kenek fel egy-egy sminkhez, de itt valószínűleg nem volt időm. Amiért hasznát veszem a képeknek, az a bőröm állapota. Jól fognak jönni majd az összehasonlító bejegyzésben.

Usually, I took photos of the products right after taking photos of the actual makeup, but I don't always have time for that. I'm sure you can relate, right? Also, I was cleaning out my folders on the laptop, and I was organizing photos for the blog. Now I have about 60 different folders with photos for 60 blogposts I have yet to write. Hurray. :'I

FOTD: Essence Newbies

First of all: the blog was 3 years old yesterday, I just realized that. But if I consider my VERY first post, it is 3 and a half years old. And yet I still don't have a Canon T3i, after so many years, duh!

Face of the day, more like face of two or three weeks before, as I like to call it. I was playing with my new Essence stuff I received at the blogger event last month, and decided to take photos of it.

I used the golden shade from my Modelite duo in the inner corner, and I applied the Alverde baked eyeshadow all over my lid. It is basically a dupe for MAC Satin Taupe, if not prettier.

I'm wearing a red lipstick by Essence, it's from their new, longlasting family. I'm not quite sure about it yet, it's too firm for my taste.

I'm wearing the oh-so-famous Artdeco eye primer, which I've never tried before, even though it has a cult following. I paired it with their All In One mascara, that is also new for me.

Earth Tones for Autumn | Warm Bronze Eyes and Peachy Lips

I mentioned here that I have found amazing quality baked eyeshadows. They remind me of the Hard Candy baked eyeshadow duos that are not available in Hungary. I was really happy to find alternatives, because the HC ones have been on my wishlist for years. I could not wait to show you these gems in action, they blow my mind. Let's see!

Itt említettem, hogy milyen szuper minőségű kisütött szemhéjpúdereket találtam, és meg akartam mutatni, hogy milyen szépek bevetésen. Nagyon hasonlítanak a Hard Candy baked duóihoz, amik ugye csak Amerikában kaphatóak. Nagyon örültem, amikor találtam hozzájuk hasonló alternatívát, és a minőségük egyszerűen csúcs szuper.

FOTD: Lavender Lips / Levendula ajkak

Lavender lips are really popular lately (MAC Viva Glam Nicki II, Maybelline Vivids), but these shades are really hard to find in my country.

Nagy népszerűségnek örvendenek a levendula színű ajkak, pl. MAC Viva Glam Nicki II, Maybelline Vivids (ami itthon nem kapható >:O ), stb. Személy szerint nekem nagyon tetszik, de nálunk a boltokban egy levendula színű rúzst vagy szájfényt sem láttam eddig (ami nem MAC vagy YSL). (Ha ti igen, szóljatok pls!)

I remembered that I have a couple of Sleek Pout Paints, and I decided to create a lavender shade. The colour turned out lovely!

Eszembe jutott, hogy van pár Sleek Pout Paintem, amiket Vikitől kaptam még régebben (Viki, ha olvasod, köszönöm szépen még egyszer! :D), és azokból sikerült kikeverni a hőn áhított levendula színt.

 My camera doesn't pick up colour truly, but my Sleek mix shade is really similar to the Viva Glam Nicki II lipstick.

A fényképezőm sajnos továbbra sem adja úgy vissza a színeket, de a kapott árnyalat hasonló a Viva Glam Nicki II rúzshoz.

The Pout Paints by Sleek sit really nice on the lips, I'm planning to write a review including the shades I have. OCC lip tars are not available here, and the shipping price would be too high, so I'm glad that Sleek has its own version of the lip tars.

Holnap fogom posztolni a havi kedvenceket, amiben szintén szerepel ez az árnyalat, így gyorsan írok róla még ma, hogy lássátok, milyen az ajkakon.

A Sleek Pout Paintek amúgy nagyon kényelmesen és szépen ülnek az ajkakon, akarok róluk írni egy külön bejegyzésben. Mivel nálunk elég nehezen hozzáférhetőek az OCC lip tar-ok, jó, hogy a Sleek előállt pár éve a saját verziójával.

Chocolate With Turquoise

It's almost Spring here. This is the part where I start to use bright colours as my make-up. I decided to pair a warm chocolate shade with turquoise, because why not. I like the result.

Lassan itt a tavasz (csak el ne kiabáljam). Ilyenkor kezdek el élénkebb színekkel sminkelni, és ez a kombináció teljesen véletlenül, miért-ne alapon született meg: csokoládébarna és türkiz.
