Makeup Revolution did it again. They released yet another glorious Halloween palette and I am here to review it today. Let's see how the Revolution Forever Flawless Enchanted palette performs.

Revolution Halloween palettes are something I excitedly wait for every year. I have a handful of them in my collection and I cherish them dearly. A year ago, they started to release them in tin-type packaging that is accompanied by stunning artwork on the outer case. Last year's theme was haunted house, this time it's enchanted forest. Considering my taste, it hits the right spots: foggy forest, full moon, tree silhouettes. I love everything about it, it's delightful.
The palette is cruelty-free and vegan. The pressed pigments are marked with a star on the back. If you don't know what it means exactly, I write about it here in my Haunted House palette review.

Revolution started to call these palettes Forever Flawless, as a group name. If I remember correctly, it wasn't the case with last year's Halloween palettes, so it must be somewhat new and now it calls for an unnecessarily long palette name.
The Revolution Forever Flawless Enchanted palette has an intriguing colour theme this year, in fact, a palette colour scheme hasn't excited me this much since Colourpop Good Sport. I was missing murky greens in last year's piece, and now I got them. I just adore the mix of greens, purples and vampy shades. It's truly appropriate for Halloween and autumn.

If you've tried Revolution palettes in tin packaging, you already know the formula, it's present here as well. It is not my favourite MUR eyeshadow formula when it comes to some of the shimmers, they are so saturated with silicones that picking them up with a brush takes time, so I'd advise using your fingers. Hard pan can form on this formula too (due to overly silicony formula, the top layer of the eyeshadow hardens and you have to scrape it off). I prefer eyeshadows that apply easily both with a brush and fingers, like 3 generations of their early palettes - the Salvation palettes, the Awesome brow and eye palettes and the Redemption palettes . I wish they didn't discontinue them.

As shown way above, the matte eyeshadows are engraved with a skull, which is a nice and festive touch. I have no issues with the mattes, they are soft and silky but there is powder kickback due to this reason. Blending them is easy and the opacity is great.
The Revolution Forever Flawless Enchanted palette would be a great addition to your collection if you:
- like the formula and don't mind applying shimmers with your finger
- like to collect makeup with unique packaging
- enjoy Halloween-themed makeup
- like cool tones
