The past few months have been spent exploring new products, and also rediscovering my stash. Let's see 'em!

I decided to whip out my Naked 2 palette to use it regularly. I do prefer the first Naked palette, but I wanted to play with this one too. My favourite shades are Tease, YDK and Chopper.

Rimmel L.A. and Max Factor Clump Defy mascara:

I have to say, Clump Defy is just as good as my HG Rimmel LA, if not better. It builds volume and length in no time. I've been using these two constantly.

Catrice mono eyeshadow - 410 C'mon Chameleon!:

It's a dupe for MAC Club e/s, which means it is a beautiful chocolate brown with dark green duochrome. It is my go-to eyeshadow for rock concerts! It gives you the illusion of a complicated eye look with lots of shades, when it's only one colour.

Essence Stays No Matter What eye pencil - 02 Stunning Brown

It's still a great longlasting pencil, but it is impossible to sharpen. The pencil itself is solid plastic, which makes it VERY difficult to sharpen. Why would you do that, Essence? :( I still like the colour and the lasting power though.

Max Factor Max Effect lio gloss - 09 Pink Impetuous

Along with my Catrice C'mon Chameleon eyeshadow, this gloss is also one of my rock concert must-haves. The Pink Impetuous shade is a lovely pink-blue duochrome, it smells and tastes good, and it is non-sticky. 

Max Factor Flawless Perfection Blush - 220 Classic Rose:

I only own Classic Rose for 3 weeks, but I am in love with it. It was part of my Max Factor prize. This baby is one of those Nars Orgasm kinda blushes: peachy pink with gold shimmer. It goes on smoothly and blends easily. It looks fan-freaking-tastic on the cheeks! If you have a chance, swatch it in the store.

Oriflame Tender Care Balm - Caramel:

It works great on my dry patches around my nose. I also use it as a lipbalm, and besides the yucky vaseline taste, it is a decent multifunctional balm.

Vichy Aqualia Antiox Ice-Effect Stick:

I've been using it since December, and it works nice. Do not overapply it though, it will make your skin burn. 

Dove Winter Care cream (LE):

Another caring product for my dry patches. It smells delicious!I love Dove.

Fennel Body Yogurt - Strawberry Ice Cream:
The Fennel Body Yogurts smell incredible. I also own the Lavender Cupcake-whatever of the bunch, that one smell like Labello Sensitive, which is one of my favourite scents. Now back to the Strawberry flavoured cream: it has a whipped consistency, moisturizes well, non-greasy. One of my top 3 body care items.

My Sigma F80 has died on me within a year (!!!), so I needed a flat top buffer ASAP. Since Sigma failed me big time with its F80, I decided to try the Coastal Scents brushes. I have to tell you, I love them. The flat buffer works great with my foundations, and it's incredibly soft.

In Hungary, we don't have a brush selection at all, so I've never had a proper crease brush. When I ordered my 22 piece kit, I picked up the natural classic blender too, and it is now my favourite brush for blending out crease colours. I'm planning on buying a backup in the future.

Essence Stay Matt Lip Cream | Review & Swatches

The Essence matte lip creams are part of the new Essence sortiment for this Spring. I really wanted to take my hands on them. Today I'll show you two of the shades. They are available in 4 shades in total.

Chocolate With Turquoise

It's almost Spring here. This is the part where I start to use bright colours as my make-up. I decided to pair a warm chocolate shade with turquoise, because why not. I like the result.

Lassan itt a tavasz (csak el ne kiabáljam). Ilyenkor kezdek el élénkebb színekkel sminkelni, és ez a kombináció teljesen véletlenül, miért-ne alapon született meg: csokoládébarna és türkiz.

Fluffy Nails?! / Bolyhos körmök?!

Az utóbbi időben népszerűek a textúrázott körmök, mint például a homok, kő vagy folyékony fém. Épp átnéztem a sminkes fiókjaim, amikor a kezembe akadt egy kis tégely, amit felhasználtam egy manikűr során.

Textured nails have been a trend lately: liquid sand, liquid metal and so on. I was digging through my make-up stash when I found mascara fibers, so I decided to make fluffy nails. Odd, right?

Max Factor Clump Defy Mascara - Worth the Hype? / Tényleg olyan jó?

Az amerikai verzió, a Covergirl Clump Crusher már egy ideje nagy őrületnek örvend a sminkes világban, és pár hete kijött az európai verzió is, a Max Factor Clump Defy szempillaspirál. Tényleg ennyire jó? Lássuk!

hajlított kefe a csomók ellen

Lila/ magenta tubusban érkezik, hasonló pár már a piacon lévő spirálhoz, ahogy azt a képen látjátok.

It comes in a magenta tube, similar to a few other mascaras out there. You can see those above.

A tubus alakja olyan, mint a False Lash Effect spiráloké, de ezt a lila tubus felirata meg is súgja nekünk, 13.1 ml terméket kapunk, ami sok és sokáig elég.

The tube is the same as the False Lash Effect tube (in the USA: LashBlast) , which is no surprise. The Clump Defy mascara is a newer version of the F.L.E., so to speak. It contains 13.1 ml of product, which is a lot.

Nem használtam szempillagöndörítőt. / No eyelash curler was used.

A képeken 1, 2, 4 és 6 rétegben felkenve láthatjátok a spirált.

És a lényeg: tényleg olyan jó? 

Igen. Nekem eddig nem volt szerencsém a MF spirálokkal, mert én alapvetően azt a spirált szeretem, ami őrületesen hosszabbít, kevés ráfordítással. A Clump Defy pont ilyen. A False L. Effect inkább dúsított, mint hosszabbított, az Xperiencet pedig sokáig kellett építgetnem.  Ezzel már 2 réteg után durván hosszú pillákat varázsolhatunk magunknak. A képeken a hatodik réteg már egy picit soknak tűnik, mert fotózás közben sokat száradt. Ha nem fotóz közben az ember, pár percig nyugodt szívvel el lehet kenegetni, és nem ragasztja össze vagy csomósítja be a szempillákat. Nem maszatolódik el, nem hullik, és nem irritálja a szemem, ami ritka! A legtöbb hosszabbító spirál hullik a kis rostszálak vagy egyebek miatt, ez nem. 

Moving on to the point: is it that good?
Yes. I had no luck with previous Max Factor mascaras, because I prefer efortless lengthening mascaras. That's why I like Clump Defy. It gives you amazing lashes after 2 coats. One is able to apply several coats without getting clumps, which is amazing. On the photos, you can see that after the 6th coat, it started to look too much. It's because the mascara started to dry while I was taking photos. It doesn't smudge or flake during the day, neither does it irritate my eyes.

Összehasonlítottam a Clump Defy-t két másik hajlított keféjű spirálommal is. Örülök, hogy ennek kisebb az applikátora, eddig meggyűlt a bajom a nagy keféjű szempillaspirálokkal. Aki bosszankodott, hogy összekeni a szemhéját a nagy kefék miatt, azoknak a Clump Defy hozhat egy kis megnyugvást.

Clump Defy has a relatively small brush, which I cherish and prefer. I always smudge mascara on my eyelid when I use big brushes. If you are a fan of small and precise brushes, you will like the Clump Defy.

Összességében, szeretem ezt a spirált. Reggelente időt spórolok vele, mert gyorsan turbózza fel a pillákat. Nap közben nem hullik, nem kenődik. A kefét könnyű kezelni, először a domború felét tartom a szempilláim felé, majd a homorút, ahogy az a hajlított keféknél szokás, bár szerintem ennél a spirálnál mindegy is, mert bárhogy használható. Az ára nekem személy szerint magas, 4 ezer forint, ezért érdemes akciókra vadászni, vagy kupont keresni. Azt elmondhatom, hogy új spirált köszönthetek a top 3 kedvencem közt.

I have to say that I really love this mascara. I can save time in the mornings, when I use this, because it gives you great lashes in no time. The only downfall is the price. It is around 18-20$, so you better search for sales or coupons.

Essence Stays No Matter What Eyepencil - New Urban Decay 24/7 Dupe?

Az Essence újdonságai közül ezt vártam a leginkább, és pár napja végre sikerült vennem egyet, bár még szinte sehol sincsenek kirakva az új dolgok. Lássuk, van-e olyan jó, mint az Urban Decay legendás ceruzái!

These eyepencils are the ones that I was the most excited about. I managed to pick one up a few days ago, however it's only available at a few stores so far. Is it as good as Urban Decay pencils? Let's see!
